Physical Therapist
Jeremy's physical therapy interests lie in orthopedics and electromyography. He completed his undergraduate degree at WKU. He then went on to earn his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville. You can find Jeremy hanging out with his family, cycling or hiking in his free time.

Physical Therapist
You may see Sammy from time to time when she provides coverage for Paige. She lived in Brownsville for 14 years and has worked in several outpatient, school and early intervention settings. She completed her bachelor's degree at Miami University and completed her doctorate of physical therapy at Bellarmine University. More importantly, she is a mom of four, which is where she currently focuses most of her time and energy.

Physical Therapist
Paige is our main PT here at SGPT. She lives in Bowling Green, KY, but is originally from the Chalybeate area in Edmonson County. Paige attended undergrad at WKU where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. She then continued her education at WKU as a part of the physical therapy program achieving her Doctorate of PT degree.
DENISE DAVIS
Office Manager
Denise is our office manager. She was raised in a little place called Windyville, located on the north side of Edmonson County, where she still lives today with her husband Rex. She has one son, Morgan Davis. Morgan, along with his wife Morgan Shea, blessed her with three of the most awesome grandsons any "Ma" could ask for. Denise worked as a Garden Center Manager for 10 years and a Pharmacy Technician for four years before joining SGPT.
ERICA VINCENT
Office Staff
Erica is one of our part-time office staff. She was born and raised in Smiths Grove where she still lives with her husband, Dex, and daughter, Aria. Erica worked as a physical therapist for a local home health company prior to coming to SGPT.
